Reporter asks Erwin “What do you like best of Tina?” He “I have nothing to say – no comment”. Tina? “What do you like most on Erwin?” She: “HIM! – Just him – he is great!”.
Because it was Erwin that made Tina believe in love again, 25 years ago, after her ex, Ike Turner, mistreated her, beat her up for years. Not only did Ike take away her dignity, also all of her earned money. It was Erwin Bach that made TT a superstar in the mid 80ies. “What is your love secret?” She “We are one! – what do you like to do most with him? She: “Just life” – “Did he ever propose to you?” She: “Yes!” What did you say? She: “I don’t have an answer!” – trying to ask Erwin what he did when she did not answer “no comment”. No comment also to the question if the 71 year old will finally marry Erwin in the future. But who needs a marriage certificate if you can be THAT happy without marriage?

Years ago I saw Tina perform but it actually was much more than that. She is an African Queen, a very deep and powerful woman who is talented and uses it in the best possible ways.
I was so happy to hear of her formal marriage. As being part German the European Community is so lucky to have Tina as a citizen(Swiss/German).
You will notice that never once in interviews does Tina “play” victim. I am sure that as a survivor of abuse the simple fact of just being able to trust again is a feat. And yet here she is and we all benefit. Thank you TIna, Enjoy your life and thanks for your contributions.

Hi Sidney, thanks for your comment. Some articles in last years stated that Tina & Erwin where often going to Germany to visits Erwin’s relatives. Apparently they where very proud to be close to Tina.

Tina, today I was watching you on my cable channel Artist s& Icons with my daughter. She asked about your life and I reflected that You Tina and I had some similarity’s. I was once in an abused relationship back in 1986 and fled with two children in tow. Now remarried , and working tow jobs and trying to build my own business. I look back and see just how far I have come. I now have 3 grown daughters who all know just how strong their mother is and who taught them never to let any man treat them in a fashion that will take away their dignity and that I will always be here for them. I would love to hear from you. You inspired me through your music and life story to embrace life and grow from it. Thank you for being so open about who you are and what obstacles you had to overcome.

Mrs. Turner, you are my hero, and I do wish other females or women could over come the hardships that other people have brought into their lives. We get knox down, but or you happen to do get back up, don’t stay down,because that’s what they want you to do. I have been divorced 23 years, I thoughts my ex was the only one to love, with the verbal abrused and disrespectfull issues. I will never remarried again. I had one husband, and it didn’t work out. And I am soooooo independant until I wouldn’t know what to do with a man. I con’t to work (3) jobs to stay busy, and not get lonely.But I do love life and people, there are so amazing things that have happen to me. And I am so proud of my children (s) and grand children.
