The question that’s been on my mind for the last year, and with very few places to post it with tinaturner.be out of commission, is will Tina appear on the Oprah show with only 24 more episodes left. Oprah is pulling out the big guns for this last season. Tina has been mentioned so much. It’s only fitting to have Oprah’s idol, the inspiration for Wildest Dreams and the Goddess of Rock back for one last hurrah. Anyone else thinking the same thing? Anyone know something I don’t?

For now, nothing seems to point to a Tina appearance on Oprah. However, who knows what will happen, maybe a huge final show is being planned (as could be expected of Oprah) and it would of course be appropriate for Tina to be there. Tina also left her retirement to appear on Oprah’s 50th birthday party in 2004, so, who knows… we just have to wait and see I guess!

I guess I would just be very dissapointed if she didn’t appear. Even if it’s in a taped segment. I’ve always counted Oprah as the person who finally gave Tina Turner her due. She reminded us that Tina is an indisputable legend.
