Tina, who was staying in Paris for the promotion of her album Twenty Four Seven, gave a private concert before 250 privileged people in the setting of the Buddha Bar, one of the Paris’ most hyped restaurants. The star stayed only a few meters away at the Crillon Hotel. She performed on a small stage installed in the restaurant, privatized for the whole day by EMI France, her record company.
At precisely 10 PM, Tina Turner, looking beautiful, appeared from behind an immense red curtain that parted to the first note. For this mini-concert of twenty-five minutes, the singer was surrounded by her band: seven musicians and five backing vocalists/dancers.

Tina Turner started her show with Twenty Four Seven, the title track from the album that was released fifteen days before her 60th birthday. In a small low-necked red dress, the star didn’t take it easily while dancing to the furious rhythm that made her a legend. She performed three titles from her new album before disappearing while carrying a bouquet of white roses offered by her record company. Tina also signed a few autographs.

Fifty fans, winners of a contest organized by NRJradio station and the FNAC store, where the privileged spectators among the audience consisting of many representatives of the European press.

Tina qui se trouvait à Paris pour la promotion de son album “Twenty Four Seven” à donné un concert privé devant 250 privilégies dans le cadre du Buddha Bar, un des restaurants les plus en vue de la capitale. La star n’avait que quelques mètres à parcourir de l’hôtel du Crillon où elle résidait pour gagner la scéne construite à l’occasion dans le restaurant réservé pour la journée par EMI la maison de disque de Tina.

A 22h heure précise, Tina Turner est apparue en beauté, en ombre Chinoise derrière un grand drap rouge qui s’évapora après les premières notes. Pour ce mini concert de 25 min, la chanteuse était entourée des son groupe, sept musiciens, 3 danseuses et 2 choristes.

Tina Turner a commencé son showcase en interprétant “Twenty Four Seven”, la chanteuse titre de son dernier album studio sorti 15 jours avant son 61ème anniversaire. Dans une petite robe rouge, la star ne s’est pas ménagé pour délivrer une de ses mémorables performances qui ont fait d’elle une artiste de légende. Elle a interprété 3 titres de son dernier album avant de disparaître avec un bouquet de roses blanches offert par sa maison de disque. Elle s’est également livrée à une petite session d’autographe.

50 fans, gagnants de concours organisés par NRJ et la FNAC on eu le privilège d’assister à ce concert parmi les journalistes de la presse européenne.
