10 Best TINA ‘WorkOut Songs’

Scroll down to content

Although Tina Turner is known around the globe for her incredible body and impeccable legs, she has always stated that she never worked out or did a special training to stay in shape. She discovered yoga and pilate later in life but work on stage took care of keeping those curves perfect.

But for most of the mortal beings like us who don’t have the intense job routine TINA has had throughout her life, there’s still a place for us that’s called a gym. And what best motivation could one get than listening to Tina songs while lifting weight and doing push-ups? I came up with my favorite TINA songs I like to listen to whenever I practice sport, a non-exhaustive list, of course, add your selection in the comments!

I’m Ready

Ok Ok, the first five minutes are the most difficult, so get ready with that great up-tempo optimistic song!

Keep Your Hand Off My Baby

This b-track from the Private Dancer album is gonna give you the boost you need to break every rule!

We Don’t Need Another Hero

‘What do we do we our lives, we leave only a mark, will our story shine like a light or end in the dark?’ Everything is said…

Steamy Windows

It’s gonna get a little steamier but you’re gonna be a little sexier! Especially if your name is Scotty and that you live in Germany!

Steel Claw

Wouldn’t it be nice to have arms made of steel? TINA’s voice surely is!

Legs (Live Version)

Good luck trying to get the same legs as TINA but if you survive this explosive live version, you’re on the right track!

Ask Me How I Feel (Live)

Feeling a bit sore? Well, don’t give up, put the volume up and TINA’s voice will do the rest!

Love Thing

You feel your muscles grow as much as your sex appeal. Get on board, get on your Love Thing

Proud Mary

You are almost there, TINA always kept this song for the end of the show, giving all of her after two hours on stage! You can do it!

The Best

You are done with your gym session!! You can treat yourself to TINA’s mega-hit because you are Simply The Best!
