Mine is tomorrow(44) and you have been a huge inspiration in my life from being a mother of 4, master’s degree, running my own business, along with helping my sister’s business and being a soldier. Now after 20 years of marriage, I find myself divorce and walking away with nearly nothing! But if Tina can do it…so can I! To new beginnings and many more adventurous years!! Happy Birthday!!

    Since the first time I heard “A Fool In Love”, I became a devoted fan, and remain one to this day.

  56. Hi Tina. I am not a devoted fan, much more the on-and-off type… but nevertheless a true fan. The film about your life, which I saw when it came out in the 90s, very, but very deeply moved me, and it still does so, time and again. Being in London for a while, I just had the chance to see the musical. And now I stumbled over the BBC interview, learning about your book that I – of course! – will buy and read. YOU ARE A HELL OF A WOMAN, TINA. There’s no other way to say it. And if I ever thought there was a dark cloud in my life, when thinking of your life I instantly look pathetic because I realise I have no clue of just how dark a cloud can actually be. Thank you for your strength, Tina. And, though late: Happy Birthday.

  60. Happy belated Birthday. I have often wondered what happened to you after you retired. I am deeply honored to know you are born in the same state I was. I was born in Knoxville, TN in 1958. My parents raised me on your music among others. I loved the song Proud Mary. And the lesser known song , Black Coffee. I am so glad to hear that you are aware of the next life to come back to this earth. I already know what my next life will be. I am very intutitive and an empath. Love is what this whole world needs, I think you and I know this. You are such an amazing woman. Thank you for being you!
