82 is coming up for Ms Tina Turner. This year, fans from all over the world will be gathering again to celebrate Tina’s birthday. This year, we’re setting up camp in Cologne, Germany – like in 2019.
We will celebrate on November 27, one day after The Queen of Rock’s actual birthday. And we’ll be rocking and rolling the night away at bar Altstadt-Theater im Söckchen, right in the old center of town.
Party, Party, Party
We will have Tina music all night long, the biggest hits, rare tracks, and sing-along live versions.
Like every year, we expect fans from many countries to celebrate Tina´ s birthday with us.
Live: Chanel Haynes (TINA Musical, London)
Chanel Haynes who portrays Tina Turner in the London edition of the TINA musical comes all the way from London to Cologne and will perform the biggest hits.
Quincy Jones discovered her, and she became a founding member of the gospel trio, Trinitee 5:7. The group sold an impressive 2.5 million albums and earned two Grammy nominations with Chanel as lead singer.

Covid / Corona: Local guidelines and regulations apply. All guests are required to provide either a proof of full vaccination or a proof of recovery. Furthermore, we require a same-day antigen rapid test. This ensures that we can party like in 2019.

Thanks Ben for another awesome post. Wish I come come this year but to health issues like surgery which I wrote on the wrong post it’s impossible. I had my outfit ready and I have a huge collection of Tina Turner memorabilia. Everything from jackets,shirts ,scarves back stage passes and autographed photos and all athenticed by her manager the year she performed in Switzerland.
