Magic Radio UK just broadcasted a great special entitled Tina Turner: Simply The Best!
With a female cast only and specials guests such as Lisa Stansfield, Adrienne Warren, P.P Arnold and Holly Knight the show is full of fun anecdotes and even rare bits of interview with TINA herself. But the big bomb comes at the end with a stunning revelation from Holly Knight (writer of The Best among many others) who revealed that she had recently written a new Ā ‘uplifting fresh song’ for TINA! Will this be enough to bring the Queen of Rock back into the studio? Nothing is less certain but it’s certainly thrilling just to fathom it!

Please tell me that Mrs. Bach will be performing said new song (though, the song may be specifically for the musical) in a brand new recording? Yes, I’m STILL trying to put that last Tina album idea in to the ether…We all know that that album would be #1 Worldwide…probably breaking/setting a record for a solo album release.
