Dear Fans, this year asked a lot of me, healthwise, personally. So it is not quite easy to keep your head high. But I also experienced a lot of beautiful things. In April “Tina, the musical” premiered in London and I was excited about the performance and touched by the love that I experienced. I am still receiving cards and letters from people who are admiring my story. That’s the reason why I worked on my biography this year. I know, there has been one before: I, Tina, but that was over 30 years ago. I have been through so much more and some I did not want or could not tell earlier. There were many things going through my head lately, memories of my mother, my elder sister, my youth in Tennessee. The bad times with Ike, the good times side by side with Erwin, my husband. My often way too far away children, the life with music, always on the road. The fantastic success and amazing adventures. Now that I had to take a few impacts, I see my life under a magnifying glass. What saved me all of the time? My will to make the best out of everything, not to give up and: the love. So let me tell my story again!
