Tina Turner is back! At least on American Tv… She sat down with good friend Oprah for “Oprah’s Next Chapter” that will air August 25th 2013 on OWN. This will be Tina Turner’s 6th tv interview with Oprah. 2013 is getting better and better for Tina Turner’s fans. We are all already very exited about this great news and can’t wait to learn more about it!

awesome! i knew she would eventually do another interview with oprah … she’s the perfect candidate for the “next chapter” series.
maybe we’ll FINALLY get to see clear pics of tina in her emerald green wedding dress … although i welcome them any time prior to august 25th!

Haha would be awesome but with Oprah in charge, there’s really no chance anything from the wedding leaks before she airs the show ( apart from her trailers of course). But it all sounds very promising!

Yeap, we can be thankful to Oprah, i don’t know how her american media treatment would be if there was not this Oprah-Link since 1996.
I think it helped her a lot in terms of recognition in the States.

I stated this would happen in some form months ago and also in the last post. This was to be expected and I’m sure after fans of Oprah, OWN and of course Tina write/E-mail and call in about how they were spiritually moved by Tina I’m sure other specials on OWN may follow.

I wonder how Oprah’s “racist” buzz with the Swiss clerk at Trois Pommes will affect the promotion of Oprah’s next Chapter with Tina Turner.
I am sure Tina herself must be embarased by the whole situation, Trudi Gotz the owner of the shop also being a good friend of Tina…they were even together at Tina’s wedding, why Oprah did not mentioned it to Gotz right away? Anyway, i like Oprah but on this is only a big misunderstanding. But again, i am dying to see Tina Turner on the show!
